importantly, boards should be diverse to include different and valued perspectives which enrich
contributions to leadership, strategy and governance.
We have a national database of African American and Latino professionals and leaders who are available for board leadership and governance roles. We have interviewed, vetted and performed background checks on all candidates. Our interview process includes candidate's potential contributions, fundraising and network of influence capacity. Additionally, we provide all candidates with non-profit, board of director's governance and stewardship training. The training modules include ethics, conflict of interest, fundraising and brand protection.

Executive Session is our consulting package designed exclusively for board members and the chairman
of the board. We provide private one-on-one coaching for chairmen as well as orientation and training
for committee chairs and board members. Orientation and training is designed exclusively for board
