Robert Glenn Anderson, Strategist
Bob is a dynamic facilitator, performance coach and international keynote speaker who is driven by the desire to create individuals and organizations that understand and maximize their diversity potential and emotional intelligence. Bob's formal education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages from Norwich University (the United States' oldest private military college) where he twice served as class president, captained the varsity football and lacrosse teams and served as Chairperson of the University's Honor Committee. In 2006 Bob was inducted into Norwich's Athletic Hall of Fame. Bob also holds a Master's in Education, Administration, Planning and Social Policy from The Graduate School of Education at Harvard University.

Theresa A. Dear, Founder and Chief Strategist
Theresa Dear received her Masters of Science in Industrial Relations and Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Development from Loyola University Graduate School of Business. She is a recognized thought-leader in human resources. She has been a speaker and presenter at Northwestern University's Kellogg Center for Non-Profit Management. She is also an adjunct instructor at Devry University's Graduate School of Management, where she teaches training, organizational development and human resources. Theresa continues her education at Harvard University. Theresa is the conceptual author and weekly radio host of Let's Get to Work (www.letusget2work.com) on Saturday mornings at WVON 1690 AM (www.wvon.com). The radio show is dedicated to equipping, enabling and encouraging people to get back to work.

Dr. Syretta R. James, Strategist
Dr. Syretta R. James is a recognized thought leader and accomplished practitioner that has dedicated her career to helping others achieve their goals. Her skill-set combines education and experience in psychometrics, large scale assessments, testing, data analysis, data collection, survey methodology, assessment, intervention, community coalition development, capacity building, training, presentations, technical writing, and evaluation to develop organizational solutions that are appropriate for a wide range of industries. Her areas of expertise include personality assessment, training and development, risk management and assessment, data analysis, technical writing, special populations, and behavioral and functional analysis.
